Cancellation Policy for MidAmerica Sponsored Events
For Regional Assembly or any other event which requires us to meet specific hotel-related deadlines and to cover costs for an expensive budget
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellations requested prior to 30 days before the event, the registration fee will be returned less a $25.00 handling fee.
- Cancellations requested between 15 to 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of paid registration fees.
- No refunds for cancellations after a date that’s 14 or fewer days before the event.

For Region-sponsored events with a registration fee of $40 or more:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellations requested between 15 to 30 days [or earlier] before the event, 50% of paid registration fees will be refunded.
- For cancellations requested between 8 to 14 days before the event, a refund of 25% of paid registration fees will be given.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations requested less than 8 days before the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellations requested at least 8 days before the event, a refund of 50% will be given.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations requested less than 8 days before the event.
