Registration: CMwD District Assembly 2013 EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Would your Organization like an exhibit table at our District Assembly?

Please note CMwD can only make arragements for power at your table. If you need additional equipment, such as a projector or TV/VCR, or if you need wired Internet access (the Hotel has wireless service for which there may be a charge) you will need to make your own arrangements to get them there and set up.

REGISTRATION

If you wish to attend any of the programs at District Assembly, it is necessary for you to register for the DA as well as this registration for Exhibitor space. You may apply for a scholarship if this creates a financial hardship. If you will need overnight accommodations, please call the hotel, or indicate on your registration form that you prefer to have home hospitality. You may also register for DA as an Exhibitor if you want to purchase a Saturday lunch.

We'll contact you by April 1 to let you know whether your exhibit is accepted.
