Registration for the full camp session is online with payment of a deposit by credit card or PayPal only.
Before you register you will need the following information:
Your credit card information The names and ages of all the persons you are registering Your first three choices for Housing Options A description of any assistance that might be needed An emergency contact name and phone number A description of any activity you are interested in leading Be prepared to let us know if you or a member of your family has special skills that might be helpful at camp (EMT, first aid, nurse, doctor, lifeguard, etc.)
Registration for 2011 is closed. If space is still available at camp, it may still be possible to register with permission.
Partial Session Registration
There is a separate process for registering for a partial session.

April 28, 2011 - On or after this date, registration will be possible only if space is still available. April 28, 2011 - On this date, the StarTrail fee will increase by $30 per person for each for each person age 5 and older. (Deadline extended to Monday, May 2 at 10 PM). July 6, 2011 - Registration will close. July 11, 2011 - Last day to register and pay for any of the Challenge Courses. Payment A deposit is due at time of registration. The deposit on the StarTrail Fee for those requesting housing in Swanson, Sjogren, or Angel’s Gulch is $275 per person age 5 and older. The deposit on the StarTrail Fee for those requesting housing in the Campground is $175 per person age 5 and older. Once housing has been assigned (see Housing Options), final bills will be mailed. Final payments are due by June 16, 2011. For registrations after June 16, 2011, final payment will be due within 10 days of receiving the housing assignment.
There is a range of housing options available, at varying costs. At registration you will express your preferences for housing. Camp staff will assign housing early in May to everyone registered by then. After May 5, camp staff will assign remaining housing as registrations are received. Camp staff will try to honor housing preferences, but it may not be possible because there is limited space in each building. Camp participants will be notified of their assignment and invoiced for fees above the deposit.
Participants in any of the Challenge Courses must register and pay for those courses by July 11, 2011. Challenge Course registration can be included in your StarTrail registration or added later. If you have already registered and want to add a Challenge Course, go to StarTrail A La Carte Form.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel a registration, notify Camp Registrar, Bob Miller.
Cancellations on or before April 28, 2011 Your payment will be refunded less a $25 processing fee for each Youth, Young Adult, and Adult StarTrail Fee paid. Children’s Fees paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations from April 28 to May 27, 2011 Your deposit and Challenge Course fees will not be refunded. Any amount you have paid over the deposit and Challenge Course fees per person will be refunded. Cancellations on or after May 28, 2011 No refunds will be given for cancellations on or after May 28, unless the place can be filled. In case of medical emergency, please contact the Camp Registrar immediately so we can contact those who are on the waiting list.
