Registration for the full camp session is online with payment by credit card only.
Before you register you will need the following information:
- Your credit card information
- The names and ages of all the persons you are registering
- Your first three choices for Housing Options
- A description of any assistance that might be needed
- An emergency contact name and phone number
- A description of any activity you are interested in leading
- Be prepared to let us know if you or a member of your family has special skills that might be helpful at camp (EMT, first aid, nurse, doctor, lifeguard, etc.)
Registration for 2009 is closed.
(There is a separate process for registering for a partial week. See Partial Week Registration for the fees and procedures.)
There will be a late fee of $30 per person added to each youth, young adult, and adult Registration Fee on or after May 1, 2009. Registration will close on July 6, 2009.
Camp fees consist of a per person Registration Fee plus a Food and Lodging Fee.
The registration fee and a deposit on the cost for food and lodging are due at time of registration. Once housing has been assigned (see Housing Options), final bills will be mailed. Final payments are due by June 1, 2009. For registrations after June 1, 2009, final payment will be due within 10 days of receiving the housing assignment.
There is a range of housing options available, at varying costs. At registration you will express your preferences for housing. Camp staff will assign housing early in April to everyone registered by then. After April 15, camp staff will assign remaining housing as registrations are received. Camp staff will try to honor housing preferences, but it may not be possible because there is limited space in each building. Camp participants will be notified of their assignment and invoiced for fees above the deposit.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel a registration, notify Camp Registrar, Bob Miller, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 816-561-4615.
Cancellations before April 1, 2009
The Food and Lodging deposit will be refunded in full. Registration Fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee for each youth, young adult, and adult.
Cancellations from April 1 to May 27, 2009
The Food and Lodging fees paid will be completely refunded, and one half of each Registration Fee will be refunded.
Cancellations on or after May 28, 2009
People cancelling on or after May 28, will receive no refunds unless their place can be filled. In case of medical emergency, please contact the Camp Registrar immediately so we can contact those who are on the waiting list.
